With a renewed focus on empowering their employees to become product consultants to a growing global clientele, software product engineering specialist 99X Technology engaged Tarigo Consulting, UK to conduct Product Management workshops to drive their next wave of growth.
99X Technology conducted a second series of workshops on Product Management for its project leadership teams in partnership with Tarigo, a training and consulting company that focuses exclusively on product management competencies. This requires our teams to have a product mindset, as well as skills in product management at each stage of the product life-cycle.”
He observed that having over 150 employees participate and benefit from this customised training program, aligned with the company’s Winning Product strategy, will enable the employees to gain skills beyond software development and empower them to engage with clients as product consultants. Core topics included in the program considers activities across the user experience, market sense, engineering excellence and customer success disciplines.
