Frequently asked questions


Who can be part of 99x’s referral program?

Any individual can be part of the sales partner program. However, the markets we are focused are Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, UK, Germany, US/Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. Only leads that are within these markets will be explored.


How long is this partnership valid for?

The partner will enter the agreement by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 99x to participate in the program. The MOU shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party with 30-days written notice. Termination will not affect the payment of commissions for deals already contracted, i.e., introduced before the termination date. The commission payments for such deals will continue as agreed.


How often and when is the commission paid?

For each successfully closed deal resulting from a lead introduced by you, 99x will pay you a percentage of the total value of the invoices raised by the Service Provider for that specific project, during the first 12 months of the engagement. The commission will be paid within 15 days of 99x receiving payment from the client.

The commission payments will be in two forms depending on the contract's nature. For fixed priced/fixed term engagements, the customer will be billed at defined milestones and the commissions will be paid when these milestones are reached.

For Time & Material engagements, 99x will invoice the customer monthly and you will receive the commission monthly for 12 months, from the commencement of the engagement.


Who will handle the contracting and billing?

This will be owned by 99x but you will be kept aware of the billed amounts / payment milestones from the start. 99x will initiate and hold the project contract directly with the customer.


How many contacts can I refer to 99x?

There is no limit to the number of introductions! However, it must be in the geographies mentioned earlier and will be qualified for relevance by 99x.


What marketing materials are available for promoting the program?

99x will provide collateral such as the company profile, services, case studies, and other material needed. As indicated earlier, 99x will invest in the pre-sales activity to provide you with the required material.


How do I track the status of my referrals?
