Lead Unity Developer

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Unity developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end simulation and visualization solutions.
- Guide and develop an interactive platform for simulation-based open-world interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to define product direction and contribute to strategic planning.
- Set technical vision and direction for the Unity development team, driving innovation and performance.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to foster the growth of technical talent and promote team accountability.
- Ensure alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with other disciplines for efficient delivery.
- Champion a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on programming experience using C#, C++, Java, or Python.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing diverse technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Proven experience in leading Unity-based development projects, especially in simulation or visualization domains.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to set clear technical direction, make informed decisions, and align engineering outcomes with business goals.
