Lead Unity Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of Unity developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end simulation and visualization solutions.
Guide and develop an interactive platform for simulation-based open-world interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to define product direction and contribute to strategic planning.
Set technical vision and direction for the Unity development team, driving innovation and performance.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to foster the growth of technical talent and promote team accountability.
Ensure alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with other disciplines for efficient delivery.
Champion a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on programming experience using C#, C++, Java, or Python.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing diverse technical teams and mentoring engineers.
Proven experience in leading Unity-based development projects, especially in simulation or visualization domains.
Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to set clear technical direction, make informed decisions, and align engineering outcomes with business goals.
