- Convert business objectives into clear user stories and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to align requirements with delivery outcomes.

- Support Agile practices, including sprint planning and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with automation, data analytics, or AI tools is an advantage.
- Awareness of UX principles and user-focused solution design.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps).
