Associate Tech Lead - .Net, React, Azure
We are looking for an Associate Tech Lead with strong experience in .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure to build scalable, cloud-based web applications. You will design robust backend services and modern frontend interfaces, collaborate in an Agile environment, and help drive technical decisions while ensuring high standards in performance, quality, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and React.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend functionality.
- Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces using modern JavaScript and React.
- Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software design, and architecture.
- Support application performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud-based (Azure) environment.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve development workflows and system quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development using .NET and React.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including basic data modeling and querying.
- Good understanding of frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Basic understanding of cloud security, performance, and scalability best practices.
