SSE / ATL - React Native / Flutter
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer / Associate Tech Lead with strong experience in React Native and/or Flutter to design and deliver high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. You will build scalable, performance-optimized apps, integrate backend and third-party services, manage app releases, and uphold engineering best practices within an Agile team, while continuously improving quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality mobile interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Manage app releases to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.
- Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver features on time.
- Effectively adapt AI tools and processes to improve quality and productivity
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and/or Flutter.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native) or Dart (for Flutter).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with state management libraries and mobile architecture patterns.
- Experience with app deployment and release management.
- Experience with CI/CD and matured delivery workflows
- Good understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
