Senior QA Engineer/Associate QA Lead
We are seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented QA Engineer who can ensure software quality through both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on collaboration and technical expertise in an Agile Environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional and regression test suites to ensure software quality.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, enhancing test reliability and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with developers and Product Owners to achieve comprehensive test coverage and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Identify and document software defects and issues, collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- Apply and promote best practices in test automation, contributing to continuous improvements in QA strategies and processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience in test automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps experience is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA processes.
- Strong ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and detect potential quality risks early.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
