The idea for Pilea was born from a challenge its founders had experienced firsthand.
I've worked as a UX designer, product manager, and CTO, so I've seen this problem from every angle. Product teams spend a ridiculous amount of time just organising customer feedback before they can even start making decisions. Language models are genuinely good at this kind of work, and they speed it up drastically. We saw an opportunity to fix something that's been broken for a long time.
Since launching its MVP, more than 220 companies have onboarded the platform, validating a growing demand for AI-powered product intelligence.

Working directly in Pilea's core codebase, the 99x team delivered integrations for Freshdesk, Linear, Monday.com, Asana, HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, and Atlassian Jira, giving Pilea users more feedback sources to connect, and more places to push prioritised decisions. The team also contributed to the Pilea 2.0 platform, working on authentication, tenant segregation, API documentation, and logging. More integrations mean more of the feedback loop is covered. And covering the full loop is exactly the point.
